En Dry Clean Super Center hablamos español y con gusto le atendemos. Abrimos de lunes a viernes de 6:30 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. y los sábados de 7:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.; los domingos permanecemos cerrados. Ofrecemos servicio el mismo día en artículos elegibles entregados antes de las 9:00 a.m. (listos a las 4:00 p.m.) y contamos con buzón de entrega en el autoservicio (drive-thru) disponible las 24 horas. What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. Eligible orders dropped off before 9:00 AM are ready by 4:00 PM. Specialty items, heavy items, stain treatment, comforters, and repairs may require additional time.

Do you offer 24/7 drop-off?

Yes. We offer 24/7 drive-thru drop-off. Put your order in a bag and label it with your name, phone number, starch preference, and dry clean/laundry preference.

What should I write on my drop-off bag?

Write your name, phone number, starch preference, and whether the items are for dry cleaning, laundry, press only, or repair. Add any stain notes or special instructions if needed.

Do you check pockets?

Yes. We check the pockets of every item. Everyday items are placed in a paper bag and returned with your next order. If we find something extremely important, such as a phone, credit card, ID, or personal information, we call you as soon as possible.

Do you clean comforters?

Yes. We clean comforters. Most comforters take around 3 days because bedding needs more time than everyday garments.

Do you offer a discount for jeans?

Yes. Jeans are $4.99 per pair unless they qualify for the special. Every full set of 3 pairs brought in together is priced at $12.99. The special repeats for each full set, so 6 pairs receive two specials and 9 pairs receive three specials. Any leftover jeans are priced at $4.99 each, and the estimator applies this automatically.

Do starch levels change the price?

No. Starch preference does not change the price. The price is based on item type, such as shirts, pants, jeans, dresses, sweaters, household items, and repairs.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning methods?

Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly methods and safer alternatives to traditional petrochemical solvents. The goal is a clean process that is gentle on clothes and environmentally safer.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Please let us know. If we made a mistake, we want the opportunity to make it right. We care about our customers and want you to leave happy with your garments and feel great when you wear them.

Does the online estimate include tax or environmental fees?

No. The online estimator is a rough estimate for common items only. It does not include tax, environmental fees, specialty garments, stain treatment, repairs, or inspection-based adjustments.

Can you repair jeans, buttons, and hems?

Yes. We offer common alterations and repairs like jean patch repair, pant hemming, and button fixes. Ask at the counter about timing; simple repairs may be faster, while more detailed jobs can take longer.

Do special fabrics or trims cost more?

Sometimes. Listed prices are for standard fabrics, colors, and processing. Silk, linen, velvet, spandex, special trims, or special buttons may require extra care and may have additional charges. We are happy to provide an estimate before cleaning or laundering.

How long have you been in business?

Dry Clean Super Center has been in business since 2001 and is a household name in the Burleson area.

What areas do you serve?

We’re located in Burleson and proudly serve the surrounding communities, including Joshua, Crowley, and Alvarado. If you’re looking for a dry cleaner near you in the Burleson area, we’re easy to reach at 550 NE Alsbury Blvd.

How do I pay?

You can pay at the counter when you drop off or pick up your order. If you have a question about payment for an after-hours drive-thru drop-off, give us a call during business hours and we’ll be glad to walk you through it.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?

Many customers love the convenience of our 24/7 drive-thru drop-off. For questions about any other options, give us a call and we’ll let you know what’s currently available.

What if I lose my ticket or receipt?

No problem. We can look up your order using your name and phone number, which is why we ask for both at drop-off.

Do you clean specialty items like wedding gowns?

Yes. Along with everyday dry cleaning and laundry, we handle wedding gowns, formalwear, fine linens, and household textiles. For unusual or delicate items, just ask us for an estimate before we begin.

Is parking available?

Yes. There’s parking right in front of the store, and the 24/7 drive-thru lane makes quick drop-offs easy.
